My blog only show "full text"

  I posted a long blog today. I have my settings in “reading” set to “show summary,” but full text is showing on the blog.

  I have more than the required 55 words to do a summary option.

  Anyone have suggestions?

  The blog is a page on my static website–could this be the issue?
