  my blog page is scattered, i try change the theme is still the same, i do several thing but couldn’t get help… please i need help m new here on wordpress. i dont even know where PHP files (called template file) are located in my DASHBOARD.
  PLEASE SERIOUSLY NEED Y’ALL HELP

  WordPress offers two website creation products — free WordPress blogs (registered for at wordpress.com) and a content management system for self-hosted websites (downloaded at wordpress.org).

  You can read about the difference more here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Having a wordpress.com blog, such as the one you have, does not let you control the layout of the blog — i.e. you cannot access the PHP files. However, the blog is free!

  If you need access to the PHP files, you will have to pay for a self-hosted website with a domain provider and install the WordPress content management system.
