my blog page topic

  under the wordpress reader link, i can click on a topic and all blog pages with said topic would show up. i am curious if mine shows up when other users click on a certain topic. is this done by tags? if so, since mine’s a movie blog, should i go back and tag every post i’ve ever written movie, film, movie review, film review? it seems rather silly if i have to do that since 95% of my posts are movie reviews.
