My blog post text disappeared; how can I restore it?

    I need help asap! I wrote text in a blog called The Journey, my first effort on wordpress. The text is gone! I clicked to send it for feedback, not realizing at the moment that I have to identify people to give feedback (I misunderstood and thought wordpress provided feedback); since then, the material I write, and don’t have a copy of, is gone. Can you help me to restore it?
