My blog post won't show up on my anchor podcast account episodes list

    Hello there,

    I have connected my blog to Anchor FM. Followed all the instructions and all my earlier written blog posts appeared on my Anchor account’s episodes list. Then I have deleted one of the transferred blogs from Anchor as I wanted to make a change on the blog’s text, which I did, and followed the instructions on switching to draft, making the change, publishing again and when I published, hit the Create a podcast episode link. But even though I tried doing that many times, the blog won’t show up on my Anchor account’s episodes list. What am I doing wrong? I need help with this please and thank you.

    Hi,

    I am not sure if this action can be reversed, I will still tag the staff maybe they can assist you further.

    What I did notice was that when I tried to delete one of my posts on the Anchor episodes list, it gave me this warning https://snipboard.io/YXaV7c.jpg which sort of implies that once an episode has been deleted it could be hard to get it back maybe if you rewrite it as a new post.

    In the future if you want to make a change to a post before converting it to a podcast, you don’t have to delete it or switch to draft, you can just go into your post, make the necessary change and update the post. Then go back to Anchor and refresh the episodes page, you will notice your changes will also be updated on anchor. Please hold on for staff assistance.

    Thank you, therefoiam… This is great information. I hope someone can help me recover my deleted episode. I didn’t think it would be this difficult to replace an episode with a modified version of it. Thanks again :)

    Hi @ipekw7, just to clarify, did you delete this on Anchor’s side of things? If so your best bet may be to reach out there first.
