My blog posts are not appearing on my reader after changing blog URL?

  Hello,
  I have recently changed my blog url from itsemiwee.wordpress.com to giftedwiththoughts.wordpress.com. When I have tried publishing a new post: https://giftedwiththoughts.wordpress.com/2016/04/14/changing-blog-url-itsemiwee-to-giftedwiththoughts/ on the new url, it does not appear on my reader (I follow my own blog) or any of my followers’ readers. I have tried posting a new post to see if it would appear, and it did not. I also tried editing the original post and updating it, and still did not appear. I was hoping in both cases that the posts would appear on the reader.
  If someone could help me solve this problem ASAP, that’ll be much appreciated!

  Some of my followers and I have also tried unfollowing and following my blog again and my posts still did not appear on my reader.
