My blog posts are not showing up in the WordPress global “explore” area (where you can search for topics).
As an example, I added the rare tag “recriminations” to this post;
http://farflungfriend.wordpress.com/2012/07/16/the-one-where-the-bike-tried-to-kill-me-honest/
And it’s not appearing here;
http://wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/recriminations/
Blog url: http://farflungfriend.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m deleting the entire blog – I just discovered google littered it with tracking pixels when I imported it…

The reasons for non-appearance of posts in the WordPress.com Topics pages are found here > Topics > missing posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts

If you wish you can delete all the content and keep the same URL. You can easily delete all blog content by yourself rather than waiting for Staff to do it for you.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#deleting-permanentlyDeleting a blog is forever, the URL cannot be recycled and reused. That’s why 3 warnings are given and why a vertfication link in an email that must be clicked is sent in order to accomplish deletion.
