My blog seems to have disappeared completely!

When I type http://www.reluctantfirstlady.com — which is a WordPress blog started in early April — I get an Error 500 – Internal Server Error message, with instructions to contact the web site owner. Please advise what has happened, how it can be fixed, how quickly, and whether or not I have to start from scratch. Thank you!
I only have checked the URL box that says I do not have a blog, because the system won’t proceed to contacting you unless I do. It’s saying I don’t have a blog, but I most certainly do.
This is distressing. Please contact me soonest.

You don’t have a WordPress.com blog. You have a WordPress.org blog, and need to go register in their forums for help with that version of the software.
