  My blog should be French…for my students who learn French….Can I have everything in French? Like ‘On November 2, 2015’, ‘By sabine O’, ‘leave a comment’, ‘edit’….
  Can you help me please? Thanks in advance

  Hi!

  Yes, you can achieve this. Just go to Settings > General page of your website’s admin area and select the French language for your blog.

  Or, if you are logged into WordPress.com, just follow this link and select French under Language option on the right:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/general/moncoursdefrancaisblog.wordpress.com
