My blog site disappeared after changing my username !

I just changed my username i didnt know this will remove all my blogs this site is mine since 2007 and i track my technincal learning there it is listed in all my cv versions i need it back ,,, before i did this i reset my password and this was the link sent to me

Changing your username never remove your blogs. Your site salsabeeland.wordpress.com is connected to another account of yours https://wordpress.com/forums/users/salsabeeland/. Just log out from current salsabeelkhaleel1 and log in again as salsabeeland.

I can’t i used to log in with my email which is the same for the most recent ussrnames.. when i try to login with the username i get an error this account was closed. i changed my username again from SalsabeelKhaleel to SalsabeelKhaleel1 to see what happens the same thing i cant change it back to SalsabeelKhaleel as it shows an error this username was already taken .. and if i try to login with it i get an error that its closed i don’t understand ? what should i do to regain access to my blog

i did read the post but this is not doable in my case .. how can i login with a username while the password is linked to my email .. Everytime i type the old username and the only password i ever had .. i get an error and never login … please try it sometime .. signup to WordPress with google for example and Login with email and password create a site then change the user name try logging in with the old username and the password u have it just fails and what i Don’t understand is that if u try to change the user name back to the original one it says sorry its taken .. why if its taken i can’t use it to login and why did i lose access to my site this must be a huge bug

Let me try to clarify this.
It’s not possible to use the same email address on two different WordPress.com accounts.
The site you’re trying to access was created under another account of yours. you’ll want to log out fromsalsabeelkhaleel1, and log back in using the correct credentials. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it from here:https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.

Once you change your username, it becomes unavailable. It will not work on the login page and nobody will be able to use t for their account in the future either.

as a trial i tried to use the old username with the one password i ever had to login assuming like u changing the username created another account … but i got the error ‘this account was closed’ which you say is normal , that means i lost access to my blog forever? i can’t even submit a recover account ticket because i Don’t have any of the recovery needed options … isnt there an email for technical support i can use? i need someone to check the history of the blog and my account and tell me what is the solution.. is this possible? -

I checked the history fo the blog for you. salsabeeland.wordpress.com is under a different WordPress.com account with a different connected email than the account you are contacting us from,
salsabeelkhaleel1. What was the old username that you were trying to use? I want to confirm that the one you are trying to regain access to is indeed the same one that salsabeeland.wordpress.com is under.
