My blog site is not connecting with WordPress.com

I am trying to edit pages. When I add new content, the ‘Upgrade’ tab does not operate. I receive the message that ‘contact has been lost’.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I would be really grateful if anyone could help me with my blog problem. I urgently need to make some posts, but although I have entered the new material, it will not upgrade.

I’m becoming increasingly concerned about the lack of response to my posts of five and three days ago.
This is what I see when I attempt to preview the edits:
“Internal Server Error
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
“Please contact the server administrator, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
“More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
“Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
I have used the link to cgiadmin, but I have had no feedback from that site.
I really do need this problem to be resolved.
I would appreciate assistance, or if that is not available, I would appreciate advice on how to totally re-model my site.
I have never had the experience of being ignored by WordPress before. Is there any particular reason?
