  I am having the same exact problem. Now on my most recent blog none of my links are showing up as an actual hyperlink. It is not letting me change colors. Help! https://katsjourneyblog.wordpress.com/

  Thanks @Joerepublic. It is actually the same issue as the folks on this thread were having. I figured it out….no spaces and it works. So you have to highlight each underlined word. Got it.

  Glad you figured it out. You should be able to highlight spaces inside the link as well. It’s the spaces just before or just after a link that’s causing the problem. But your way works as well.

  Best option at this point is still to change the colour before you add in the link. Hopefully the Core team will fix this soon :)
