My blog theme has been updated to X Blog 1.3.20 but I didn’t do it

    Hi there! I’m having issues accessing my website and in troubleshooting issues with Jetpack, I noticed in the activity log that my blog’s theme was updated to X Blog 1.3.20. However I didn’t do that and since then my site has been unaccessable. I can’t see how to reverse this or restore my original theme. Am I overreacting to a normal update or is it something to be concerned about (like hacking)?
