My Blog Theme isn't Mobile responsive

  Hi, I am using theme forest theme on my website, My blog is not responsive on mobile here is the link https://pescobill.pk/. I am using some external css for customization and other external plugins but they are not doing problem
  Anything other I can do? Please Help Thanks

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
