my blog title won't display

  Hello!

  Does anyone know why my blog title does not display on some of my posts? They don’t show up on any browsers, no matter which one I use. I tried clearing cookies and my browser cashe, that didn’t work. Also, I don’t believe its the plugins, there aren’t plugins on wordpress.com blogs from what I understand. I think this is crazy that wordpress has no customer service number!
