    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  • Hi there,

Your site is self-hosted, so it’s not on our servers and we’re not able to access it to help you fix this.

For self-hosted sites you cannot simply change the address in the dashboard. It needs to be changed at the server level, otherwise your site will break as has happened here.

You can find the instructions for how to do this on self-hosted sites here:

    https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

For more help with this you’ll need to contact your web host directly, as only they can help you access your site’s database and make these changes.
