It’s got nothing to do with support.
@autumnft : I believe you are from China. You must be aware of the recent controversy between Chinese govt. & Google. In the past, China had blocked access to many social networking sites like Twitter, Flickr, Bing, Live.com, Hotmail.com and several other sites. WordPress, YouTube, Blogger etc.
The fact that, you are able to view your blog and unable to login via proxies means, the chinese govt. again has started blocking WordPress.COM and will soon block many others.
You options are limited!

That’s exactly what I expected Staff to say. I felt it would have more authority if coming from a Staff member rather than coming from me.
