I haven’t been active on my account for a while due to personal reasons, but I want to take it up again.
My payments are automatic which takes my mind off them, however, the last one for salamboblog at the end of 2021 didn’t get through because of a change of credit card. I didn’t realise it.
Now i need to renew my subscription for salamboinaddis and roaminrome, update the credit card details but I can’t get into my dashboard.
I thought I had consolidated my accounts between salambo and magada but maybe that hasn’t been done.

I tried to log in with my salambo account, it doesn’t recognize my credentials, although they are the ones I have been using for over 10 years..

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that the sites you mention are registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @dominiquemagada2fed9e735a login.

I think the dominique magada account was just created automatically but iti s not the one I use. My main account is Salambo, however, when I use my email address and password, it doesn’t recognise me and therefore I cannot get into it, stuck into a technical loop…

also, when I click on the “Keep my subscription” button on the reminder email for roaminrome.com, it takes me on a WordPress page that says I do not have an account yet, so something must be bugging. thanks

Hi, it’s best if you just send one reply at a time; I think we missed some of these. I’ve deleted all of the duplicate copies.
All of the addresses you mentioned are under another account. Only one was lost for non-payment, early this year. The underlying site exists, but the domain expired, went through a long redemption process, and was eventually released and purchased by someone else.
You can get the rest back though. Can you check all of your email addresses? Look for the one that gets renewal reminders and what not.

I would first log out of the current, new WordPress.com account that you are in so there is no confusion.
The email you provided is the correct email connected to the account you are trying to access.
If you don’t have access to your account or the current password isn’t working, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Please carefully follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so make sure that you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder, as well, because the confirmation email can end up there.
That should allow you to regain access to your account.

i really need your help here. I’ve been trying to log in WordPress app, it also tells me that my account has been deleted. This is a mistake, I never asked for that.
I tried using my email (email visible only to moderators and staff)
then my user name salamboblog, I exist nowhere. I tried logging out and back in. it didn’t work. The only way I have to reach out to you is to log into wordpress via Google.

That isn’t the right username, because you changed it at some point. So from whatever computer you’re using, go to https://wordpress.com/me/account
Log out. Log back in using the email address that starts with s. You can reset the password if needed.
Then you’ll see the correct username at https://wordpress.com/me/account . Once you’ve done that, you can log into the app as well.
