My blog will NOT customize…no mater what I do. I chose Edin (free).

  No matter what I do, my website will NOT customize. I have set theme (free Edin), color, settings, etc., and it still won’t change what is on there to the customized. If I have Edin…why does premium come up to customize it? When I try to go to it from my computer, it says there is no such website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t save the customizations until you have the paid upgrade. The Customizer is only a PREVIEW.

  I tried to do that (to buy the $99 premium) and it kept changing my credit card number as I was typing it. It has ALL been VERY weird!

  I have now purchased the Premium upgrade (with the 14 day free trial) about an hour ago, and it has not changed my website. How long does it take? Thanks for your help. I gave my credit card info and everything. It comes up on my WP that it has been done.

  Hi there!

  Can you tell me a specific change you’re trying to make that isn’t working? Can you confirm that you are clicking the “Save” button at the top of the Customizer?

  I tried to customize it before I bought the Premium. I realize now that is not possible. Do I have to customize all over again now that I have purchased the Premium upgrade…then save it again? I would imagine so. I thought it would change after I purchased it since I had already saved it.

  If you had made changes to part of your site to premium features, before buying premium, those changes should have gone live when you made your purchase.

  It sounds like they didn’t for you, so I’ll go do some testing on one of my sites and see why that is.

  In the meantime, unfortunately you will need to redo those customizations. But let me know if you need help with any of them!
