My blog will not import another WordPress export file

  I submitted a file to be imported last week and it still has not imported. I wonder if since it is hosted through a college that it is not compatible, but it is still based off of WordPress. There were only 28 posts, many with multi-media content. Now when I try to import a new file, it won’t let me and says, ‘Import WordPress
  Processing… We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’ What can I do to fix this?

  Hi there. It sounds like your importer has got stuck. This happens, but staff can reset the importer for you. I’ve tagged this thread for their assistance, so just make sure you’re subscribed to the thread and then wait patiently for their reply.
