my blog will not launch, please help

    The button where you are supposed to click to launch the blog is not clickable. How do I launch buy blog? Did I miss a step?

    Hi @vanessatomasikblog,

    Are you seeing the launch button greyed out and when you hover your mouse button on it do you get a red crossed circle.

    If this is the case then you have probably not verified your email address. You just need to log in to the email account that you used to set up your WordPress account and then find the email from WordPress and click verify email address link in it.

    Once the email is verified, you will be able to launch your site.

    Are you speaking of https://vanessatomasik.com/?

    That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, just connected here via the Jetpack plugin. It’s not possible to launch that site from WordPress.com – if it needs to be launched, that must be done from your hosting provider’s control panel, so please contact them directly for help with this.

    You can find support for the version of WordPress you’re using on that site at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
