My blog wont allow me ot publish posts; no draft button is displayed any longer.

  My blog is suddenly not allowing me to publish posts, though I am logged in. I note there is no facility showing when I click ‘new post’ for saving drafts, so I had to copy my material and store it in Word. The system just ignores me when I click the publish button. I have logged in and out, etc, but it continues to do this.
