My blog wont go over to my web site at Godaddy

  Looking for some help.

  I put http://zippysigninstalls.wordpress.com into my blog post. Godaddy says to add /feed at the end and still no luck.

  Anybody run into this before? Could really use someones help, Godday tec I spoke to was completely useless.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you explain in detail what you are trying to accomplish? It is unclear at this point whether this is a GoDaddy issue or a WordPress.com issue.

  The RSS feed for your site is available at https://zippysigninstalls.wordpress.com/feed/ and is working fine. Any issues beyond that should be directed to GoDaddy support.

  Hate to bother you again, but just was on the phone with Godaddy. The reason its not working on there end is it needs to be http NOT https.

  Any ideas?

  All WordPress.com sites automatically utilize HTTPS for enhanced security. If GoDaddy will not allow HTTPS, you should be able to use http://zippysigninstalls.wordpress.com/feed/ instead. Keep in mind, if you click the link in this post and copy what comes up in the address bar, it will be HTTPS. Make sure to edit the final full URL before sending it to GoDaddy.

  I am having the same issue but the recommended fix of Http:// with the domain name is not working either. Yet I have a blog “dailypost.wordpress.com that has a http not a https address that works. Does it come down to free vs paid blog?

  No, all domains ending in “wordpress.com” either are already or are going to be redirected to use https. When I try to open http://dailypost.wordpress.com/ it redirects to https://dailypost.wordpress.com/ for me, and that is the expected behavior.

  What exactly are you doing that would require http instead of https?

  I want my wordpress blog to show on my Godaddy.com website. At this point it will not go as their system does not process the https. It does the http and they are working on the https but gave no expected date for that to be accomplished.
