My blogpage shows more than the five last entries. How do I change this?

For some reason my blog site shows more than the last five blog entries as previously set. How do I change/reset this??

If you use the search box to search for Infinite Scroll, you’ll find the solution. Hundreds of people have experienced this.

WordPress deciding to change all of our blog designs, which sometimes represented a lot of hard work on our parts, was bad.
The snarky, condescending reply to our complaints was somehow even worse: “Well, there’s a thread like this which seems overly negative for pretty much everything we launch. People don’t come to the forums to say they like something they usually come when they have a problem. If you have a complaint about the way staff have handled something, make it to staff rather than to fellow bloggers in the forum. There’s nothing we can do about it.

Also note that this unbelievable response made one of our best volunteers (airodyssey) stop volunteering altogether, and a couple of others (thesacredpath and me) drastically cut down.

I saw the post, thank you for linking to it! I’m hoping that I can make the changes fairly smoothly… Unfortunately for me, my theme doesn’t support footer widgets, so with any luck the Option B will work out. Admittedly my big fear, since I’m currently in Malaysia, is the internet dropping out from under me halfway through and having my site stuck until I can get back online. It’s actually why I didn’t find out about the changes myself until just yesterday; I’ve been offline for almost two weeks.
And yes, I did forget to mention that WordPress staff seems to keep cutting or hiding off the debate when they disagree with it. It feels like an unfortunate decision, it would be a much better user experience to have a vote in forums that haven’t been closed or hidden, especially for those of us who pay for WordPress features.
