Do NOT delete any blogs! Do this > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
The email address we register a username account with becomes our unique identifier When we are logged into wordpress.com all blog registered under that same unique username are found in the dropdown “My Blogs” from the top gray navigation bar.
(1) How many username accounts each with a different email address do you have?
(2) If you have only one username account then locate “My Blogs” and tell us if you can see the link to both blogs there or not? http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/
(3) If they are there then click the link to the blog in question and you will be in the dashboard of that blog.
(4) If you have only one username account then locate “My Blogs” and if the blog in question is not there then contact Staff
(5) If you have another username account then sign out of the one you are in. Clear your browser cache and cookies and log in again to the other blog.

(6) If this doesn’t work then do NOT delete any blogs contact Staff > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ -
Note that if you delete a blog the URL is gone forever. No one not you or anyone else can recycle the blog name and use it again. Deleting is forever!
