My blog’s comment settings aren’t working

Comments to my blog (turniplanterns.wordpress.com) are going into the moderation queue automatically, despite the fact my settings allow visitors to post comments directly (unless they contain two or more links, but that’s not the issue here). Also, my settings say that I should get email when a comment goes into the moderation queue, but I’m not getting the email, even though I receive other WordPress emails, e.g. when someone likes a blog post

I had a look at your account settings and, although you haven’t activated the option to moderate all the comments, you haven’t disabled the one that will retain in moderation any comment from a user who doesn’t have a previously approved comment on your site: https://cld.wthms.co/bfBUrg
You’ll want to disable this option to turn off comments moderation completely.
