My blog’s laptop view is not fully showing up in mobile
-
Hi. I’m new to this blogging scene. I have created a blog on my laptop, designed it, and launched it. However, when I opened it in my mobile, the blog showed only half the home page’s main block. I’m not sure what to do. Your help shall be truly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there,
I see the same content at https://richinmoney.wordpress.com/, whether I view it on a desktop or on mobile. Can you give some more details about what content is missing for you?
-
Sure. When I open it on laptop, the part on the main blue-coloured block that says ‘Rich-in-Money! We provide the most sincere financial advisory services’ could be seen as intended. But when I switch to mobile phone, that part disappears. Only a blue coloured block appears, as if that written part has been cropped.
It’s just about that. The description below the blue-coloured block is absolutely fine.

Okay. This is intended – on mobile any full-width cover images you’ve added via cover blocks are cropped automatically. They don’t get resized so the whole image still fits.
If you want an image that fits, don’t use the cover block, but instead add the image using a regular image block and set that to full width.
Alternatively, edit the page and select your cover block. In the sidebar you can then set the focal point for the image. That will determine which point of the image is kept in the center of the screen when the image gets cropped on mobile:
But the best option here is to not use an image at all. Instead, just use a cover block with a plain blue background, and add your text using a couple heading blocks inside the cover block. That way you can control the text directly should you ever want to change it in future, and it will automatically adjust to fit no matter what size screen you’re using.
