"My Blogs" – remove entry to non-existing self-hosted blog

  I used to self-host a blog, and had it connected using JetPak. It has been gone for a long time though, and I want to remove it from the “my blogs” list on wordpress.com. How do I do that?

  PS: a wordpress-hosted blog is now using the same custom domain name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
