"My Blogs" – remove entry to non-existing self-hosted blog

  I used to self-host a blog (griberg.com). It has been gone for about a month though, and I want to remove it from the “My Blogs” list on wordpress.com. Tried to remove it by clicking “Disconnect Jetpack”, but nothing happens. Help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
