Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing with your website. I took a moment to look into it for you, and it appears that it’s actually hosted by Bluehost. So, I would recommend reaching out to Bluehost directly, as they’ll be in the best position to assist with any hosting-related concerns.
If you discover that the issue is related to your WordPress installation, then the WordPress.org support forums are a fantastic resource. The community there is very knowledgeable and eager to help with any WordPress-specific problems. https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
That said, I would also like to mention an alternative for you. You can migrate your website to WordPress.com. We are a managed-hosting platform, which means we take care of all the maintenance and security tasks so that you can focus on creating content for your website. We also offer dedicated WordPress support through both email and live chat to ensure your questions or issues are handled promptly and efficiently.
If this sounds like something that could interest you, we’ve built an easy-to-use tool specifically for migrating WordPress sites from other platforms to WordPress.com. You can learn more about how to use this tool here: https://wordpress.com/support/import-using-move-to-wordpress-com/
You can also take a look at our various plans and what they offer on this page: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
If you have any other questions or if there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, don’t hesitate to let me know.

Hi Jenny,
It seems from above error, this is like SSL issue. Have you setup SSL on your site? Have you asked your provider about your issue?

I’m seeing “too many redirects” which can be a problem with the site URL, and that can also be related to installing and forcing an SSL without updating the site address.
I’d ask your host for help with this:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/Then if you need more help with the free WordPress code, you’ll want to use these forums for folks who run their own copy of the free, DIY WordPress code. Here’s the difference between the free WordPress software and our managed hosting services:
https://get.wp.comBasically, we provide SSL hosting, maintenance, security, spam filtering, etc. Our paid plans get direct support, and we have this community forum for those who use our free tier hosting. Let us know if you have any questions for us. Cheers!
