My bluehost domain transfer to wordpress

I bought a domain name (www.sprinkleandserve.com) through Bluehost which came with WordPress. However, I am unable to login and edit my site through wordpress and use the wordpress themes. I am hoping to transfer my domain to only use WordPress instead of Bluehost. I unlocked my site and have an EPP code but when I try to transfer it says I cannot until Feb 14th? My Domain was registered on Dec 22nd. Thank you!

Due to regulations imposed on all domain registrars, newly registered domain names cannot be transferred until 60 days after registration.
