My boss added me as an administrator but I didn’t get an invite

My boss added me as an administrator with the username ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ but it won’t let me sign with that username and I didn’t get an invite to that email address

Thanks for that. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
