My "Cancel and Refund" button is not working

I purchased an upgrade to Premium and it seems to have hit an old site of mine that is deleted, not the site I wanted it to hit. When I choose “cancel and refund,” an empty box with nothing in it comes up. I have tried this button on mobile, mac, and PC and the same issue happens on all of them. I’m so upset to have paid so much money for it to be applied in the wrong place!

Sorry you’re having trouble with the “cancel and refund” button! I suspect this may be because you’ve deleted the site (merrittwellnesscoaching.wordpress.com) before moving the upgrade away from it. This “locks” the upgrade. However, no worries at all, I can help you move a Premium upgrade, if you’d like.
I see you have a WordPress.com site with the custom domain name, merrittwellnesscoaching.com. Is this where you want the Premium upgrade moved?
If so, I’ll do that asap. Since you already paid to add a custom domain to this site, and the Premium upgrade includes custom domain registration, I can refund you $18 (the cost of domain registration and mapping).
