My card got declined

  My card always got declined but there’s nothing wrong with my card, my card is mastercard and nothing wrong with thw balance. I don’t have other card that supported visa, mastercard, or amex so i’m struggling to upgrade my plan. Please help me solve this problem cause i need to advertise my web ASAP. Thanks.
