My card has been double-charged for a domain renew

  I’ve got also the domain oficinadosaborbarbistrot.com related to the same account

  Few days ago my card has been charged two times for the domain renew, i paid 30€ instead 15€. How is possible to have the refund?

  I see that your card was authorized for the 15€, and then charged 15€. Since this happened as two separate transactions it may have looked like a double charge at first, but if you look now, it should be fine.

  Could you check your account again and let me know if you still see a discrepancy?

  I’ve just checked my account..

  I already see two different transactions for 15€ each, i’ve called my bank assistence and i’ve been charged two times..

  Thanks for double checking. It looks like you renewed two domains that day. http://lacornucopiamilano.com/ as well as oficinadosaborbarbistrot.com, which is why you were charged twice.

  Do you want both domains, or would you rather cancel one of them?

  It’s all taken care of. You should see the funds back in your account sometime in the next week. (Probably a lot sooner than that, but it can take up to a week).
