My card info keeps getting rejected

I am attempting to add a card for shipping labels, I have woocommerce and Jetpack connected to my wordpress account, but my card info results in the ‘There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.’ message. How can I remedy this?

Hi there, I’m not seeing anything wrong on this end. If you try again now, does it work? If not, is there any chance you could try another card, or check with your card provider to see if they’re blocking an online purchase?

Hi! Thanks for you quick response. I’ve tried a few different cards from separate banking institutions. I continue to receive the same message.

Problem resolved; what was needed was for me to re-send a verification email to for my wordpress account.
