The message we’re seeing is “your card was declined” which means that the issue is on your bank’s end of things. You’ll need to contact their support team and ask them what’s up.
I also used my Rupay debit card but it was also declined. My Rupay debit card can be used for international transactions, so can you please tell me where is the problem?
The decline message was “Your card does not support this type of purchase.” So again, you’ll need to contact your bank and ask them what’s going on.
Sorry that we can’t be of more help. But we are limited in what we can do when payments are blocked by banks/card-issuers.

I am not seeing that it is blocked on our end. You would see a notice on your dashboard as well if there was a block.

I contacted my bank. They say there is no problem from their side. Can you tell me if you accept Rupay cards?

Yes, if the card is enabled for international transactions. It will most likely not work if it is just for local transactions.
Sometimes banks do not allow international transactions unless you tell them to allow them. To confirm, has the bank allowed for international purchases?
