  Please can you give me guidelines about how to register my domain name , and which type of payment modes are available.

  There are two ways of registering domain name on a WordPress.com.

  1 – When you upgrade your free WordPress.com plan, it usually comes with a free domain name credit for one year of registration. You can take a look at the available WordPress.com plans and pricing from this link: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  2 – You can register a domain name without creating a WordPress.com website. Here are the instructions from the help documentation: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-a-domain-without-creating-a-site/
