My card was debited but my plan wasn’t upgraded

  I finally got to link my card to wordpress and I was debited the amount for my plan upgrade but wordpress said that my card was declined. Please check this. my site is https://mygiganticthoughtbubble.wordpress.com/

  I tried it, it said no match found but I don’t know if my conversion of philippine peso to us dollars was right.

  I can see the payment attempt on our end, but the charge never went through because it was declined by your bank.

  If you see a transaction on your statement, that is likely the authorisation for the charge that is made before the charge itself goes through. Basically what happens sometimes when you pay via credit card is that the bank sets that payment aside for a day or two before actually paying the vendor where you bought something. So the funds aren’t available for you to spend, but is hasn’t left your account yet.

  If that transaction on your statement is this authorisation, it should disappear again automatically in a few days.

  Please contact your bank directly for more help with this.
