My card you say expired

    Your message says my old card expired in 2017 – true! but when I go into my account I see you are there using my correct card ending [redacted] expiring [redacted]. I have trouble every year when renewal time comes round.

    For what upgrade is this? Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com – your last upgrade, a Personal Plan, was cancelled in April 2018.

    I also see no notices on your account that you need to add a new card. What message exactly are you speaking of?
