My categories won't show.

  When I make new categories and save them and go back to my blogs homepage they don’t show up.

  You currently have only 1 post which is “posted in” the category called Posts. When you write more posts/articles and assign them to your other categories, then the category will appear on your category widget. If you have no posts/articles assigned to a specific category then there is nothing to show.

  Note: Only categories that are attached to posts will be displayed in the widget.
