My changes are not showing up

I have added and changed my menu several times but it still appears the same, as well as the side bar. Things are popping up that should have been eliminated. Would this be an issue with my cache and Is there an easy way to delete the cache within WordPress?

Cache has nothing to do with WP, it has to do with your browser.
These are the items I’m seeing in your menu:
Home – About us – Gallery – Location – Menu – Welcome!
Are they the items you want or not? -
Hello. Thanks for answering. No I don’t. I’ve deleted them from menu area as well as the widgets on the right side of the screen.

a) If you aren’t using a custom menu at the moment, then the theme displays its regular nav menu, i.e. Home link plus links to all your published pages. What exactly would you like it to display?
b) If you had deleted the right-side widgets, there would be no sidebar on your homepage. Stay has many widget areas: the sidebar you need to open and edit in Appearance > Widgets is the “Blog Primary Sidebar”.
