My chart border not displaying online

  Hello, I have a chart in an upcoming post (scheduled for October 24) My html tutor said all I have to do is add <TABLE BORDER =’3′, which I did, and the border looks great in my visual editor, but no border at all appears in the online post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
