My chosen domain doesn't show under my newly registered account
-
Hi!
I registered for a new WordPress account and started by choosing a domain. I chose a domain and then proceeded with the registration of my user account.
Once finished with the registration process, my chosen domain was not there – just a page saying ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet’. I then tried to add my chosen domain again, but it doesn’t show as available any more.
How can I connect this domain to my user account?
Thanks for your help with this.

Hey there,
What was the WordPress.com URL/domain that you chose? Was it mariasepp.wordpress.com?
Let me know – I’d be happy to help. Thanks!

Okay, if you go and visit mariasepp.wordpress.com, it says that the site is reserved, but it should give you the option to click a link and register the site.
Let me know if you see that option when visiting the site. Thanks!

Thank’s for your answer!
However, if I go to mariasepp.wordpress.com now, it says it does not exist and I can click on the link to register it. But when I click on the link I come to the “Let’s find a domain”-page, and when I type in mariasepp.wordpress, it does not find it and I can not choose it. -
Okay, thanks for checking – give me a moment. I’m going to check on my end and see what I can do.

Hey there,
Check your account. I was able to register the site for you. We’ve been having problems with registering site names lately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
