My client can't get by her blog, and can't delete it..

Hi,
My client has skinmattershuidverzorging.wordpress.com
Her iphone does not have correct auth codes, and she does not get good reset codes.Though I as webdeveloper don’t know how to help her, as we need the xml of the content to place in her new self hosted WordPress website. And the skinmattershuidverzorging.wordpress.com needs to be removed for avoiding duplicate content.
Hoe do we fix this??
We hope some-one or WordPress can help us with this, it is holding our business busy and back for months.Thanks in advance, hope to here!

Your client will have to contact WordPress.com to try and recover her log in through the Account Recovery system. There’s no other way to do this and you cannot do it for her.
Please direct her to this Support doc to carry out the needed steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
If she is not successful in the above and still needs assistance, please have her post to this thread and have her tag it with the MODLOOK tag in the forum thread’s Tags sidebar. This will flag it for Staff help.
