  Sorry you were not happy with the theme. I see that you opened a Paypal dispute for this purchase. For future reference, an easier way to request a refund for a theme purchased in the last 30 days is to go to Store > My Upgrades, then click “Cancel and Refund” and we issue a refund automatically.
