My client failed to join the online class after paid by credit card

Hi there,
I got a issue from My client. He still didnt have the permittion to join the online course after paid the online course by credit card on that day(9/7).Untill now (10/7). I have checked the transaction is approved, but not the money isn’t yet transferred to deposit money account . If there any other setting should be made?
