My client needs to talk to a rep to gain access to her site

  Hello,

  We switched my client’s site over to Showit, and she had WordPress that was linked to Pressable. She now can’t access her dashboard or anything thats related to her WP site. Can someone please help me in determining what needs to be done so she can at least log into her admin?
