My client tried to change the url and hosting – now we can’t get in. He tried to change the settings > General > Url and Hosting to the new domain (That he owns and have an active hosting).
How do I connect to the site now? anything I try give me Error Pages, general ones or domain related ones.

wordpress-481682-4360708.cloudwaysapps.comsite is hosted on DigitalOcean. I recommend contacting the DigitalOcean support team if this is the case.They should be able to help you or your client access the site.
In the meantime, it seems like the site is loading at https://wordpress-481682-4360708.cloudwaysapps.com and a WordPress login page loads at https://wordpress-481682-4360708.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin so I suggest that either you or your client try signing into the site through this login form with your login credentials.
