My .com blog uses a wordpress.org theme. Can I add non-wordpress pages?

I have a wordpress.com blog, but it shows up on my own website that has a .com address. Can I add non-wordpress.com pages or plugins to my site? Can you tell me how, or direct me to instructions?

Hello there, you cannot install plugins on WordPress.com sites, even if you have a custom domain.
If it’s important to you to upload these outside pages and third-party plugins, you can transfer to a self-hosted WordPress site. You would do this through WordPress.org:
